"Dancing with the Stars" season 21's celebrity contestants are now preparing for the much-awaited return of the dance competiton. But according to some reports, Bindi Irwin, the first confirmed contestant, is scared of wearing high heels. Speculations claim she has refused to wear this type of footwear.

Well, definitely no, but the 17-year-old Aussie actress admitted that "she is still trying to get used to wearing heels though."

More than that, she took to Instagram her admiration to all the girls who wear high heels, saying: "Girls In Heels right now, reading this - I have major appreciation for you. Love, The Girl Who Mostly Lives In Khaki & Boots x."

The shared photo, which shows her wearing what seems like a heeled boots, is her way of preparing for the upcoming dance competition, Daily Mail noted. Way to go Bindi.

Aside from wearing heels, Bindi looked glamorous on her costume as she was spotted after the show's photoshoot on Aug. 28, Us Weekly reported.

The site revealed a photo of her wearing a sparkling blue ballroom dress, which shows her toned legs while wearing a pair of brown heels. Bindi seemed to unleash her charm as she looks stunningly beautiful with her hair curled down.

Notably, the animal lover was the first to announce her participation on "DWTS" Season 21 early this week via "Good Morning America."

Bindi Irwin is the daughter of the late crocodile hunter, Steve Irwin. Her father passed away due to a stingray attack when she was only 8.

In other "DWTS" news, it has been reported that Andy Grammer is joining the dance show for the last minute after "Fuller House" star Jodie Sweetin backed out, Hollywood Life has learned.

Grammer is known for his hit songs like "Keep Your Head Up" and "Fine By Me." He has yet to confirm the news.
