'Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials' Debuts Two New Trailers, Expected To Earn $50 Million

"Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials," had just a successful premiere in Seoul, South Korea yesterday.

"Maze Runner" actor Thomas Brodie-Sangster was spotted at the premiere looking neat and sporting a sleek black suit.

Speaking about his role on the movie, "I want to play someone twisted, with ulterior motives," said Brodie-Sangster. "It would be cool to dive into the psychology of that because you have to relate it to you somehow - how do you relate to an evil bastard?" the Daily Mail has learned.

Brodie-Sangster, whose first film is "Love Actually," was usually known for his innocent and wholesome characters. But the actor is all grown-up now and is ready to take on far more serious and challenging roles.

According to Forbes, the sequel to last year's "Maze Runner," has the potential to earn as much as $50 million on its debut.

According to a statistic by Boxoffice.com, the "Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials" has a strong anticipation among moviegoers.

With a poll done by the site, "Scorch Trials" has a result of "Definite Interest" of 52 percent against other movies in the survey.

Another interesting statistic, male interest in "Scorch Trials" is slightly higher and offsets the difference in female interest for the movie "Divergent."

Just last month, "Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials" released two new trailers as reported by Comic Book Resources . In the first trailer, Dylan O' Brien's character is shown rallying, while the "Gladers" escape the approaching Janson.

Janson is played by none other than actor Aiden Gillen, known for his character Little Finger on "Game of Thrones."

The second trailer features O' Brien and the Gladers brought before Jorge, leader of the group of Cranks.

The upcoming sequel is still directed by Wes Ball and will make its official debut on Sept. 18.
