"Teen mom 2" Leah Messer is once again walking on thin ice this week. Though the mom of three has managed to complete her rehab stint, she reportedly had a run-in with the authorities lately. Plus, she's leaving the girls yet again in the all-new episode of the hit MTV reality series.
The reality series that features the lives of struggling young moms dropped several teaser clips on Facebook ahead of Thursday night's brand new episode, and one of the clips teases fans of Leah's narrative. The sneak peek at Leah's storyline suggests that avid viewers should prepare the tissues as Corey Simms' ex-wife is about to leave her daughters again as she is headed to another therapy session.
The teaser clip (found below) first shows Leah telling her kids that she's leaving them for therapy. The kids appear unfazed at first, but when their mom starts kissing them goodbye, one breaks down into tears. However, this does not hamper Leah from leaving.
Fans were quick to express their sorrow on what's to transpire in the all-new episode. Kimberly Mink Sand wrote: "Breaks my heart seeing this! I know exactly how hard that is an there is not a worse feeling! U have to be strong healthy and sober to be the best mom u can! I pray for u and ur girls Leah."
Facebook user Maria D. Mora Gonzalez commented: "Heartbreaking, but Leah needs this and much more. She has changed so much hopefully this helps her out a bit"

The teaser comes days after reports surfaced claiming that Leah had a run-in with the police over parenting issues. An InTouchWeekly source said, "Cops were called after someone at her girls' [twins Ali and Aleeah, 5] school reported Leah to them, claiming she doesn't put the kids in car seats. Leah is routinely late picking the girls up from school."
The insider went on to add that Leah does not seem to give proper care to her daughter Ali who is apparently suffering from muscular dystrophy. "Leah doesn't even bring Ali's wheelchair to school. During a recent fire drill, Ali was unable to get out quickly and had to be assisted," revealed the tipster.
RadarOnline has also learned that Messer was caught spanking her twins, Ali and Aleeah, while feeding them at midnight. Messer shares her 5-year-old twins with Simms, and she also has a 2-year-old daughter named Adalynn with Jeremy Calvert.
Meanwhile, just this Wednesday, Messer took to Twitter to share meaningful posts about her kids. She wrote: "I love seeing the joy in my daughters' eyes! #beautiful," after posting: "If God be for us, who can be against us?"
