[RUMORS] Kate Middleton, Prince William End Royal Drama; Sweet Moments At Rugby World Cup Conceal Marital Troubles [PHOTOS]

After several rumors regarding their crumbling relationship, royal couple Kate Middleton and Prince William attended the opening of the Rugby World Cup with a united front. While the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge appeared all smiles and couldn't seem to take their eyes off each other, royal watchers claim they're just forced to conceal their unhappy marriage.

Recently, Kate Middleton and Prince William, both 33, proved to the world that all is well as they witnessed the Rugby World Cup in the stands of Twickenham Stadium in London. Despite incessant speculations of marital troubles and imminent divorce, the royal couple appeared happy with no signs of tension at all. But their numerous amorous display in front of the cameras were allegedly forced after Queen Elizabeth intervened.

While Kate Middleton tried her best to hide their marriage troubles, Celeb Dirty Laundry claimed Prince William was tired of getting caught in the middle of the royal drama, where he's having a hard time pleasing the Queen and keeping up appearances with his wife.

Speaking of royal drama, it had been speculated that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have had a rough year in their marriage. Last year, the royal couple allegedly separated when the Duchess was pregnant with their second child. The proud parents of Prince George and Princess Charlotte didn't see each other for about a month before Queen Elizabeth interceded, fearing a divorce and royal scandal.

Meanwhile, "Downtown Abbey" cast recently shared their encounter with Kate Middleton in March. At that time, the Duchess was still pregnant with Princess Charlotte, E! News noted. Jim Carter, who plays Mr. Carson, even revealed that Prince William's wife overstayed on the set as she was intrigued by how different it looked on the screen and in reality. While creator Julian Fellowes said the Duchess' visit was a "seal of approval."

"The duchess is very charming and she follows the show so she was able to talk properly with all the cast and the crew," Fellowes said. "It was a great thrill and treat. We were very honored."

Kate Middleton and Prince William have indeed pulled off another show of unity amid their already shaky marriage. According to ET Online, the royal couple are still madly in love with each other. The sweet moments shared by the royals became the center of the attention at the stadium.
