Kate Middleton Earning Queen Elizabeth II’s Approval As Next Queen? Bans Prince Charles, Camilla Parker-Bowles To Attend State Dinner, Orders Duchess Of Cambridge, Prince William Instead [RUMORS]

Kate Middleton seemed to have earned the upper hand in her power struggle with Camilla Parker-Bowles as the next reigning Queen after Queen Elizabeth II chose the Duchess of Cambridge and Prince William to attend the state dinner to honor Chinese President Xi Jinping. Camilla and Prince Charles, on the other hand, were reportedly banned from the said event.

The power struggle between Kate Middleton and the Duchess of Cornwall emerged when reports claimed that Queen Elizabeth II plans to retire. As previously reported, Camilla is looking forward to enjoy the perks of being Queen Consort as Prince Charles makes some subtle moves to be England's next ruler.

While Kate Middleton and Prince William will be present at the event, Celeb Dirty Laundry claimed that Camilla Parker-Bowles and Prince Charles won't be there. The celebrity gossip site also added that Queen Elizabeth II's move to ban the Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall appeared to be another sign that the Queen favors the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge as the next King and Queen if she decides to retire.

So, why did the Queen banned Prince Charles and Camilla Parker-Bowles? While Prince William wants to forge good relations with China to help him eradicate the trade in illegal wildlife. Prince Charles, on the other hand, ignited a diplomatic rift in 2005 when he described China's Communist leaders as "appalling old waxworks," Daily Mail noted.

"Catherine will be there," a royal source said. "The State visit is a result of the invitation that William made when he visited China earlier this year."

The state dinner at Buckingham Palace, which is hosted by Queen Elizabeth II, will be the first State banquet that Kate Middleton has attended since her marriage with Prince William in 2011. The event will take place after the royal couple's joint appearance at Harrow College for World Mental Health Day on Oct. 10.

Meanwhile, Kate Middleton and Prince William are struck with divorce rumors again after a report claimed they're forced to show a united front by Queen Elizabeth II. According to Latin Post, the royal couple is believed to have been forced to appear in love during joint public engagements to mask their marital troubles from the media.
