The rumors putting the names of Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson together are never-ending. This week, it has been revealed that Stewart and girlfriend Alicia Cargile have called it quits, and the question everyone wants answered is whether or not the split has something to do with Kristen's "Twilight" leading man and ex-boyfriend Pattinson.
MoviePilot has learned that after sharing a low-profile romance with her assistant for a couple of months, Kristen is now a single woman since she and Alicia have decided to amicably part ways.
A source was even quoted as saying, "[They] mutually decided to split and it was definitely an amicable breakup."
Prior to the breakup, Kristen and Alicia were inseparable. Not only were they caught holding each other's hands, they also got matching tattoos, as reported by SugarScape.
Though the lovers tried very much to keep things private between them, the paparazzi and the media always found a way to catch them and ran stories on how they were doing as romantic partners.
However, the relationship between Robert Pattinson's ex and her assistant is now in the past, with a source revealing that the main reason why the two split was because "Kristen is just so busy right now that she does not have the time to be in a serious relationship."
The source also noted that, "Alicia does not want to be part of her jet-setting life anymore."
The rumored split came after Pattinson's girlfriend, FKA Twigs, admitted to Paper Mag that she's already eager to start her own family and have kids.
"I just like working hard and learning things. I do this because I want my children to have a nice life, and I want my children's children to have a nice life. And I want my grandkids to be proud of what I've achieved," Twigs was quoted as saying by the mag.
