Kendra Wilkinson and Hank Baskett have moved on from the cheating scandal that rocked their marriage and relationship as life-long partners. And this is very evident in the all-new episodes of “Kendra On Top” and the former Playboy model’s post for #ThrowbackThursday.
Yesterday, Kendra took to Instagram to share one of the most memorable photos in her life. It is no other than the pic that was taken on the very first time she and Baskett went out for a date.
In the photo, the couple looks semi-awkward with each other, but it just speaks of how young their romance was at the time.
The "Kendra On Top" titular reality star captioned the Instagram post: "Throwback to our first official date in San Diego and when I threw out the first pitch for Padres . Lol #tbt #younglove #sandiego @hank_baskett."
Six years into their marriage and despite the cheating scandal that was highly publicized last year, Wilkinson is sticking it out with her man and father of her kids, Hank IV and Alijah Mary.
According to "Kendra On Top" executive producer Kevin Burns, Wilkinson and Baskett's "Marriage Boot Camp" experience helped them re-establish their relationship. However, Burns also noted that this has branched out to Kendra's intimacy needs.
"Kendra and Hank feel that Marriage Boot Camp and the counseling they've been getting has helped them a great deal. But it's also opened up new questions and new issues they need to work through - Kendra's intimacy issues, for example," Burns was quoted as saying by SheKnows.
It was previously reported that Wilkinson wants her husband to take control during love-making. Other than this, Wilkinson sees the importance to work on their family as a whole. "Rebuilding a marriage also includes rebuilding the family as a whole," Kendra was quoted as saying.
Meanwhile, new episodes of the mom of two's reality series are airing on WE TV tonight, and they are entitled "Breast Intentions" and "A Midsummer Night's Mare."
In a sneak peek at the episodes, Kendra is seen reuniting with her father, Eric Wilkinson, after their past feud. Interestingly, E! News has learned that Eric is going to drop the bombshell when he introduces his fiancee, Amy, to his daughter.
Another teaser clip hints that Kendra will be inviting her father and his fiancee to Hugh Hefner's Midsummer Night's Dream party at the Playboy Mansion.
Eric has long waited for this moment to finally see Hefner; he even tells his daughter in the promo clip that "when I wasn't there, he was the guy that was taking care of you."
Kendra's dad then resumes: "The party is secondary to me. I couldn't imagine going without you guys, and the fact that we get a chance to bond together, it's really really important to me," as quoted by People.
