iPhone 7 Design Inspired By Apple Watch? Full Edge-To-Edge Panel Display The Future Of Apple’s Smartphone?

The future is near, and so is Apple’s iPhone 7. Though the new smartphone from the Cupertino-based tech giant is set for a fall 2016 release, the hype over the device — per usual — is already building up as early as today. So what can die-hard Apple fans expect from the all-new iteration of the famous smartphone?

Although nothing has been set in stone this early stage of iPhone 7's release, the concept designs for the handset are emerging quickly online. The latest among these innovative concept designs comes from ConceptsiPhone, and the renders look beyond astounding.

As smartphone makers continue to battle it out in size, they also try to outplay each other in developing handsets with close-to-nothing bezels. And this is ConceptsiPhone's inspiration in creating a concept design of the iPhone 7 with the same form factor but without the bezels, as per TechnoBuffalo.

The bezel-free smartphone is featured in a 30-second clip, and it appears really stunning with chamfered edges and the display covering the entire front of the mobile device, even the home button that's been seamlessly incorporated into the LCD.

Switching the device on shows the lockscreen eating up the entire front display, but when the smartphone is unlocked, the display once again shrinks to its usual rectangular aspect ratio.

Android Origin has learned that Marek Weidlich also released a similar concept design for the iPhone 7, which is reportedly inspired by the Apple Watch.

The upcoming smartphone from the Cupertino giant is also believed to run on iOS 10. One render from Weidlich shows the apps in the signature circular icons just like how they are displayed in Apple's smartwatch.

Other rumored specs and features of the iPhone 7 per KnowYourMobile include: 4.7-inch QHD display of 2560 x 1440 resolution and the A10 processor. The new design of the device is also thinner, while internal storage options remain the same: 32, 64 and 128 GB.

Packed with 3GB of RAM, the iPhone 7 is also reportedly flaunting a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with wide angle lens. For its primary shooter, the smartphone is expected to come with a 12-megapixel back camera capable of 4K video recording and has optical image stabilization.

Remarkable rumored features of Apple's upcoming iPhone also include a waterprooof body. The iPhone 6s has adhesive strips to make it last for up to 30 minutes underwater, so it won't be surprising if the all-new iPhone will be certified waterproof.

Like of the previous concept designs and iPhone rumors however, all of these are not final. Still, it would be great if the Cupertino giant could really offer something new to the table like the bezel-less design that's very futuristic.
