“Teen Mom 2” star Chelsea Houska is walking the aisle soon, and she’s doing it with the man she considers her “Prince Charming” in her almost fairy tale life, Cole DeBoer. And it’s great that even her daughter, Aubree, agrees with Chelsea’s engagement to the man the former now sees as the father figure in their family of three.
MTV News has learned that Chelsea and Cole are already hearing the wedding bells. The "Teen Mom 2" star proudly shared the good news about their engagement and even flaunted her engagement band to the camera.
She said, "I am unbelievably excited, and it feels good to finally have my family that I have always wanted."
Prior the exclusive interview, Chelsea took to Instagram to announce her engagement by posting a cute snap of herself while she flaunts her wedding ring beside her smiling husband-to-be. She captioned it: "He's stuck now!"
Many of her fans quickly expressed their congratulations to the reality stars. Instagram user ash_weste wrote: Supported y'all all the way congrats can't wait to see the wedding dress. Y'all are future goals. Love u guys."
Samara_beals commented: "Too exciting. Congrats!!"
Chelsea also posted a follow-up snap, and this time it only shows her hand and her oval-cut diamond ring. The mom of one expressed her happiness when she wrote: "I honestly cannot believe how lucky I am. Finally found my Prince Charming and I get to be with him for the rest of my life!"
Cole also shared the good news to his followers on his Instagram account. He posted a snap of him and Chelsea and captioned it: "Glad to be stuck with this fine piece of acccce!!"
In her interview with MTV, Chelsea gushed how the engagement happened. She said, "Cole brought me to a personal spot in the woods where he had photos lining the tree. The pictures hanging were of him and I and the three of us as a family."
Aubree was also part of the sweet gesture since Cole even asked the young girl if it was fine with her that he is marrying her mother. Aubree happily gave her blessing and even a big hug to her new dad, according to Chelsea.
Aubree is Chelsea's daughter with ex-boyfriend Adam Lind. It was during her senior year when the softball player got pregnant with Aubree Skye, MediaTakeOut has learned.
Right now, while Chelsea is finishing her cosmetology class, she is working part-time in a salon. As for her husband-to-be, DeBoer is a traffic control specialist, according to Wetpaint.
