But things are getting creepier as the Red Devil's identity is about to be revealed. While the previous episode had already been a shock, the upcoming episode 10 will surely not disappoint fans.
Prior to "Scream Queens" Season 1 Episode 10, Hester (Lea Michele) faked her pregnancy so than Chad (Glen Powell) would invite her to the Hamptons instead of Chanel (Emma Roberts), who is excited to receive the silver turkey wishbone necklace from Chad as the first step towards an eventual engagement ring before Christmas. Unfortunately, the two ladies got into a vicious argument, which lead to the possible death of Hester.

2. Fans will finally meet Chad's equally hot brothers Brad (Chad Michael Murray) and Thad (Patrick Schwarzenegger) in "Scream Queens" Season 1 Episode 10
Murray and Schwarzenegger will finally show up in the upcoming episode, International Business Times revealed. But the question now is: Would they survive if the Red Devil killer made his way to the Radwell's family house? But wait, Murray's character Brad was still able to give a speech about what he's most thankful for.

But the most chilling part was when Mr. Radwell's girlfriend gate-crashed the family's Thanksgiving feast and hung herself in their yard. Ever since, she has been haunting the Radwells by turning liquids into blood.

"I have an idea. It's scary," he said during an appearance on "Watch What Happens Live." "[But] I'm scared to reveal anything, [as] we don't even know if it's gonna be picked up. But whatever -- think summer camp."
