Kate Middleton AT WAR With Countess Sophie Of Wessex, Queen Elizabeth II? Duchess Of Cambridge Ditches Royal Family For A Commoner Christmas

Kate Middleton is making headlines once again as latest reports claim that the Duchess of Cambridge is currently at war with Countess Sophie of Wessex and Queen Elizabeth II. The feuding report between the royals came after the Countess allegedly mocked Prince William's wife during her speech at the 100 Women in Hedge Funds dinner in New York City.

During the 100 Women in Hedge Funds dinner held at Cipriani's restaurant, Global Ambassador Countess Sophie of Wessex delivered a speech in front of some of New York's richest women. But what caught the attention of the royal insiders was her direct criticism to Kate Middleton's non-existent employment history. She also appeared to slam the Duchess because of her lack of business experience.

"I am rare because I am one of the few ladies in the British Royal Family who has had a professional business career and their own company," the Countess said during her speech, Celeb Dirty Laundry quoted.

While Countess Sophie of Wessex appeared to be proud of her accomplishments, the celeb gossip site noted that mocking Kate Middleton was not quite a good idea especially when the public relations firm she partnered miserably failed. And though the Countess might be considered as a huge asset in the royal family, she still needs to have the Duchess' side since Kate is married to Prince William, the second-in-line to the British throne.

Apart from the Countess, Kate Middleton is also reportedly at war against Queen Elizabeth II after she snubbed the royal celebrations tradition of the royal family. According to another Celeb Dirty Laundry report, the Queen is seething with anger after the Duchess and her mom Carole planned another commoner, middle-class Christmas.

Last year, the royal holiday celebration became quite controversial after Kate Middleton and Prince William broke the royal protocol and tradition after they chose to have a festive celebration with the Middletons instead of joining the Queen.

Even though the royal couple attended the church service with Queen Elizabeth II, Kate Middleton and Prince William spent the bulk of Christmas at Anmer Hall with Carole, Michael, James and Pippa Middleton. Obviously, this did not please the Queen. And this 2015, the royal couple's Christmas celebration is reportedly no different from last year as the 33-year-old Duchess started to fight back and made sure that she's not afraid to break the royal protocol or having the Queen as her enemy. In fact, Kate has been making subtle and quiet moves to show her security and power.

Meanwhile, Prince William attended the annual gala awards night for his conservation charity, the Tusk Trust, on Tuesday night, Nov. 24. However, his wife Kate Middleton was not at the event where he handed out the awards for his wildlife conservation work. Also among the attendees are Edward Ndiritu, winner of the Tusk Wildlife Ranger Award, and Namibia-based Garth Owen Smith, winner of the Prince William Award For Conservation In Africa. The three finalists for the Tusk Award for Conservation in Africa include Dr. Emmanuel de Merode (Democratic Republic of Congo), Cosmas Mumba (Zambia) and Dr. Mary Molokai (Liberia), International Business Times reported.
