Amal Alamuddin, George Clooney Are Starting A Family By Adoption? 'The Descendants' Star Envies Brad Pitt’s Bond With Kids

Amal Alamuddin and George Clooney have been on the star news headlines lately and this is because various sources are speculating stories about the couple. In particular, they are being surrounded with pregnancy and adoption rumors since there were interviews with Clooney where he stated his desire to start a family with his lawyer wife.

Over the weeks, many people are claiming that Alamuddin is pregnant and on her 14th week already. However, this was never been confirmed and much of the basis in this rumors are her photos. When she was seen wearing a loose shirt or there's a slight bump on her dress , people said she's expecting. Her unproven ‘pregnancy' was also reported on Celeb Dirty Laundry.

Then again, this report was denied later. Gossip Cop cleared the rumors by citing interviews that suggest the human rights lawyer is not pregnant. On top of that, the publishing wa also able to get a statement from Clooney's rep and was told "The story is made up."

But after the pregnancy rumors, another one cropped up and this time, various media outlets claimed that George and Amal are considering adopting a child to start a family since they still don't have a child after a year of marriage.

After the couple celebrated their first wedding anniversary, news about their plans of adopting came out. Reports say that since the couple is having difficulties with conceiving, they are looking to adopt and even it was even mentioned that Clooney went to see Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie to get some advice.

An insider relayed that George is really excited to become a family man and experience parenthood just like his close friends Brad and Matt Damon. But the "The Descendants" actor particularly likes Pitt's bonding with his children so he is excited to form his own kids.

"They've already started preparing and told pals how they've built matching baby wings in both homes, complete with a nursery, a baby spa, a playroom, children's library and quarters for their nanny," the source told IBTimes.

Furthermore, Daily Mail wrote that George and Amal are planning to adopt a child from war-torn Syria. However, this seems to be not possible as explained in Daily Mail, "But even if the couple are looking to adopt, it's unlikely they will be able to do so in Syria under American law, as the US embassy in Damascus states that Syria, 'as a Shari'ah law country, does not recognise or provide for adoptions of Muslim children."
