The Miss Universe 2015 competition is just a week and a couple of days away, and as early as now the online world is taken by storm of the beautiful ladies who are vying for the Miss Universe crown that is up for grabs now that the 2014 crowned beauty Paulina Vega's reign is up.
The Miss Universe 2015 pageant is set to happen on Dec. 20 at The AXIS in Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. And per the latest press release from the official site of the competition, the contestants are already there and are busy preparing for the final show.
Eighty one contestants are vying for the crown this year that will be passed on by Colombian beauty and Miss Universe 2014 winner Paulina Vega. The competition is becoming more tense with each passing day, but several ladies have already won the hearts of the pageant's fans and followers.
Beauty pageant forum Missossology has already released its latest Top 10 crowd-favorite candidates while fans are anxious to know who will win this year's crown, according to Emirates 24/7.
The early crowd favorites are as follows:
1. Colombia - Ariadna Guiterrez-Arevalo
Ariadna Guiterrez-Arevalo is a 21-year-old beauty who was born on Christmas Day in 1993. She is a Cat Lady because of her extreme love for cats, and she is interested in shoes.
2. Dominican Republic - Clarissa Molina
Twenty-four year-old Clarissa Molina is a cool chick who knows how to handle a Glock 19 firearm. She says she's both a country girl and a city girl, and she claims she can mimic Donald Ducks voice.
Flora Coquuerel is a humanitarian who enjoys making funny faces in photobombs. This 21-year-old likes to travel.
Urvashi Rautela is a 21-year-old Bollywood actress is known for being regarded as the youngest most desirable actress of 2015 of the Indian Film Industry.
Anindya Putri is a 23-year-old Indonesian beauty who was born in Semarang City. She likes to play soccer and admits to having a passion for singing though she says she doesn't have the best singing voice.
Raised in Nagasaki, 21-year-old Ariana Miyamoto is half Japanese, half African-American. She is a model who likes to ride motorcycles around the city when she has time.
7. Philippines - Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach
This Filipino-German beauty is a model and an actress in her country. The 26-year-old studied culinary arts at the Center for Asian Culinary Studies in Metro Manila and is currently working as a cosmetics model.
Mis Sweden Paulina Brodd is a blogger for "Halsa&Fitness" and she promotes healthy and natural lifestyle.
9. Thailand - Aniporn Chalermburanawong
Twenty-one year-old Aniporn Chalermburanawong is a student at Thammasat University in Bangkok.
Huong Pham is a teacher at the Saigon College of Arts, Culture and Tourism. This 24-year-old beauty competed four times before she bagged the Miss Universe Vietnam 2015 title.
Among the top 10 crowd favorites, Miss India Urvashi Rautela is getting a lot of support. The Bollywood actress recently opened up about the competition.
"I am extremely ecstatic to be able to represent my country at this prestigious International pageant called Miss Universe. It's a big responsibility for me and I am going to deliver my best," she was quoted as saying by International Business Times.
She added: "India has witnessed two beauties being crowned in the past and I am hoping to bring the glory back to the country. I would also like to thank the Miss India Organization for all their support and together, we have left no stone unturned for the preparation of this pageant. I hope to live up to the nation's expectations."
Aside from the Top 5 and the crown, other titles the contestants are fighting for this year include: National Costume, Miss Congeniality and Miss Photogenic.
