The Playboy Mansion Now For Sale for $200 Million and Hugh Hefner is Part of the Deal

The legendary Playboy Mansion is a 6-acre estate in Holmby Hills, Los Angeles and home to many Playboy cover girls over the years including the 89 year old Hugh Hefner. Recently, the famous estate is now on the market.

The mansion was built back in 1927 and the Playboy mogul Hugh Hefner purchased it in 1971. The house which used to hold legendary and exclusive parties is now up for sale and real estate analysts peg the estate to be sold between 80 to 90 million dollars.

According to reports, the famous home will not only include the legendary venue and rooms that housed the world's famous bodies but also Hefner himself is part of the purchase.

Hefner has been known to host outrageous parties which includes invites to famous celebrities when it comes to New Year's parties, Halloween Parties or even just the normal pool party which of course includes the magazine's famous line-up.

The person who purchases the estate will then be required to house Hefner. Hefner will be given a life estate which means he is allowed to live in the mansion until he dies and becomes a ghost in the mansion halls. Buyers who are interested in purchasing the estate can tour the grounds and the rooms but are not allowed to enter his bedroom.

Playboy Enterprises wants to sell the estate for $200 million or more but real estate analysts indicate that amount is not possible because of some technical features, a tear-down that deteriorated the house. The real value in the estate is the acreage. The actual amount has not yet been posted but prospective buyers are said to be allowed to tour the grounds, now. The pegged amount between 80 to 90 million dollars is a much more doable amount because of its history and legendary popularity, real estate sources and reports indicated.

Any real estate agents who want to help bid this house?
