iPhone 7 Rumors: Apple Beats Galaxy 7's Camera Set-up With Dual-Camera, 100x Faster Li-Fi Internet Connection And Remote Charging

According to latest iPhone 7 rumors, the release of Galaxy 7 by Samsung has put a lot of things into perspective for Apple. At the Barcelona Mobile Congress, the South Korean smartphone maker launched its latest models with the entire camera feature overhauled.

Speculation is now strong that the six months-away release schedule of the iPhone 7 does give Apple Inc. the time and the resources to match Galaxy 7, S7 Edge camera prowess or to beat it entirely!

Apart from the camera update, a remote charging feature for the iPhone 7 is expected, according to a news report by Bloomberg. Other iPhone 7 rumours suggest Li-Fi internet connectivity, an advanced data network which uses light spectrum instead of radio waves used by the Wi-Fi systems. Li-FI has flickering bulbs at rapid speed to transfer data in binary format and is does it 100 times faster.

Considering the big uproar following LG G5 release at the Mobile Congress, many expect G5 to eat away at the edges of the iPhone consumer base. LG G5, is a modular phone. It is the first-of-its-kind smartphone that defines the future of mobility - with pluggable components like battery, camera, audio system storage and even a drone controller for home security. All the plug-ins work like accessories, allowing users to upgrade to larger sized storage chips or larger batteries and superior-lens cameras.

iPhone 7 rumors indicate that Apple would counter the advanced camera features on the Galaxy 7 models with a dual-camera system for the iPhone 7. Much of the rumours are reiterated by analysts such as KGI Security's Ming-Chi Kuo who forecast that the iPhone 7 will have a dual-camera system with optical zoom that magnifies objects by two or three times.

Apple has the technology to include such a feature.

The dual-camera system that are rumored could well be true because Apple invested in a company called Linx last year. Linx is a specialized company in the field of multi-camera technology. However, there was an interesting fact that KGI Securities research note mentioned - the dual camera system will  appears only in the iPhone 7 "Plus" model. The note also spoke of a fish-eye style lens for one of the cameras!
