What's cooking with Lil Wayne's new album this 2016? After dominating a solid performance with fellow rapper 2 Chainz in the Grammy's last week, the question is will Lil Wayne's album, "Tha Carter V," come this 2016?

"Tha Carter V," Lil Wayne's upcoming album was even anticipated in the earlier months of last year. Latin Post detailed the announcement made when the "Drop The World" rapper shared a performance in Jacksonville last April 2015. Lil Wayne hinted that his "Free Weezy Album" and "Carter V" will soon come out.

Meanwhile, apart from the news of Lil Wayne's new album IBTimes shared the epic moment when the 33-year-old "Weezy" rapper shared the stage with 2 Chainz performing their new collaboration song "Rolls Royce Weather Everyday." Aside from "Tha Carter V" album possibility of hitting stores this 2016, Lil Wayne worked and collaborated with 2 Chains for an album called "Collegrove."  

Zayn Malik and T-Pain also hinted collaborations with the "Lollipop" singer. T-Pain once said in Global Grind how he wished to make a collaboration album with the 33-year-old rapper but miss the opportunity due to differences in schedule. Meanwhile Malik on suggested working with "Yeezy" on the remix version of his song "Pillowtalk."

Although the release date of "Tha Carter V" is still unknown, one thing is certain for "Weezy F. Baby" and that is his soaring career in the industry. His success over the years is very evident in his plummeting net worth and Lil Wayne is now even hailed as one of the richest rappers alive now. The hip hop rapper and founder of Young Money Entertainment currently has an estimated net worth of $150 Million in 2015.
