Emma Watson Expresses Regret About ‘Harry Potter’ Series; Actress Didn’t Like Her Hair!

Emma Watson apparently has regrets about starring in the "Harry Potter" films. When asked what she didn't like, for starters, she regretted her hair!

"Harry Potter" fans remember the first few movies when Hermione was still a child entering Hogwarts. She was a young intelligent girl who had not entered puberty yet which meant that she probably didn't know a thing or two about brushing her hair.

Emma Watson may be starring and performing in different movies and plays (her recent one being Belle in "Beauty and the Beast") but her successful start in "Harry Potter" made her well-known. Looking back, Emma Watson regrets her character's appearance which has become her trademark in the eight installment series.

Her character, Hermione Granger, was a brainy know-it-all muggle and her presence in the school was made bigger by not only her intelligence but also her hair! Her hair was an intentional take by the hair and make-up team in order for viewers to relate the film to the book. Her character was also supposed to have large front teeth but it never made it to the movies.

"When I see the images of the first Harry Potter, I immediately think of how ugly my hair was," said Watson when she was being interviewed by Vogue Italia. Emma Watson's regret about her fashion statement was exemplified by her extreme distaste. Her hair can only be described as "bushy" but mid-way she began to transform into the woman she is now during "Sorcerer's Stone" up until "Chamber of Secrets" when her hair became tamed in the process.

Emma Watson may have regrets about "Harry Potter" but her successful career right now says it was a good start.
