Warren Buffet's Son Can End World Hunger, How Business Magnate's Children Gives Away Fortune

Warren Buffet is an 85 year old American business magnate. He is often referred as the "Wizard of Omaha" because of his adherence to value investing. But Incademy has it that he is also considered to be the most successful investor in the world.

His son Howard Buffet grew up living a farmer's life and only received little financial support from his father. Until recently, The Atlantic reports that Howard now operates a multi-billion dollar foundation that is dedicated to ending world hunger because his father gave away 85% of his fortune.

The billionaire investor gave away most of the money to known foundations and the balance was pledged to foundations established by Buffett's own 3 kids. Each child would receive shares worth $1 billion at the time. None of his kids had ever imagined that their financially valuing father would relinquish such a sum, certainly not while he was alive.

For Howard, it's not about being a successful entrepreneur or a successful philanthropist. He says, that the only measure of philanthropic success, is this: "Per dollar spent, how many people are going to have a better life?"

With his father's aid, he is committed to helping end hunger by working on agriculture in Africa alongside other foundations. He has worked hard to identify and promote practical, low-cost methods of conservation farming that will improve African soil quality and crop yields without chemical fertilizers and costly imported seeds.

His "Hell, this may not work. Actually, it probably won't work, but someone's got to do it" attitude is what drives him to succeed.
