The sequel of the infamous Dishonored 2 has finally been affirmed. It appears that Dishonored 2 and its Arkane Studios will return to wreck havoc in the gaming world. Also, it can be played on PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One platforms.
According to Gamespot, "Bethesda has announced Dishonored 2 will launch on November 11 and the world premiere of Dishonored 2's gameplay will take place during Bethesda's 2016 E3 Showcase being held in Los Angeles, California on June 12 beginning at 7pm PST, and streamed live around the world on Twitch and YouTube."
Dishonored 2 was officially announced at E3 2015, where developer Arkane Studios revealed the sequel will allow players to choose between the first game's protagonist, Corvo Attano, or his daughter, Emily Kaldwin, reports the same post.
Moreover, Dishonored 2 will incorporate new modes and locations as well as modifications. It has been noted that the players will experience Karnaca, the region where Corvo was born. Also, the region is noted as the source of the "corrupted" Bone Charms.
Other additions for the sequel are role of the Outsider, which made one of the strongest impressions in the first game. The Outsider will return in the second game and although there have not been any confirmations to the entirety of his role, it has been noted that the powerful character will link with Emily's strength as well.
In terms of sequels and modifications, games are obligated to implement marketing stance to create strong presence and maintain business presence. Jobs & Hire reported that other games such as Mirror's Edge Catalyst have also integrated upgrades and even implemented measures for its release dates as well.
Revenues are forecast to skyrocket owing to the varying platforms that Dishonored 2 runs on. With the PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One, Arkane Studios' Dishonored 2 is anticipated to render growth and strong returns for the game developers.
