‘Top Gear’ Matt LeBlanc Leaves Show Over Chris Evans

Show rivalry is sometimes part of the performance itself but often it is frowned upon if it gets out of hand. Matt LeBlanc, known for his role in the long time running television series FRIENDS threatened to quit Top Gear. That is unless co-host Chris Evans gets kicked off the show first.

It is alleged that LeBlanc is sick and tired of Evan's attitude. The Sun calls it a "rudeness and frosty attitude" toward the Top Gear team. According to reports, Evans went on a rant towards Top Gear audience members during the first production of the show. It is alleged that the BBC executives are now thinking of who they need to pick as the famous series is due to start filming in September this year.

Who goes and who stays? Those are the questions that plague the show. According to the spokespersons for BBC and Evans, they have not chosen to comment on the matter just yet. However, for LeBlanc's side, they have denied any claims. They said that "nothing has been discussed or decided."

A source mentioned that -"The team does not gel and the atmosphere between the presenters is frosty. They added: "Matt's indicated he won't continue on any further series if Chris remains. He is far from the only one who is not happy."

Rumors of the hosts having beef at each other sparked after there was a recorded decline in audience rate. The show marked only at 2.34 million people in the latest Top Gear episode - this was reported to be the lowest audience ranking for the show.

It is not clear if these speculations are true. Joey Tribianni is known for having a funny disposition on FRIENDS, and if this proves to be true, then he may have lost his cool over Evan's behavior.
