You do not have to be a high profiled actor to get a spot in the upcoming installment, Empire season 3. The studio is now calling all Chicago locals to come in and audition for open roles.
Fox's Empire season 3 is now holding auditions for butlers, maids, models and other recurring roles. Talents will need to play Lucious Lyon's loyal butler and maid for upcoming episodes. This can also become a recurring role depending on the episodes. The episodes that require these roles will be filmed on July 7 in Barrington and July 11 in Chicago, Illinois.
If you are interested, applicants are advised that the hiring process is divided into two parts. But remember, this is only open to Chicago locals.
To play Lucious' butler, the candidate must be between 35 and 65 years old, male and Caucasian. To play Lucious' maid, she must be female between 35 and 65 years old and Caucasian. The rate is $80. These roles are non-speaking roles. Also, these extra type roles can potentially be a repeat role throughout the season.
The studio only accepts applications by email. Make sure to include your personal details such as your name, age, height, weight, phone number and zip code address. Because the role requires the extras to wear costumes, talents must include their clothing measurements:
1. MEN = Suit Jacket Size, Shirt Neck, Shirt Sleeve, Pants Waist and Length, and Shoe Size.
2. WOMEN = Bust/Waist/Hips, Dress Size, Pants Size, Shoe Size
Don't forget to include your 2 recent candid photos in .jpg format with your full name as the file name. It must be close up and full length shots. Remember to remain professional, so get a shot with decent lighting and do not wear sunglasses and hats. Selfies are not advisable.
