Only one more episode to go before beloved and highly popular Korean TV drama "Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo" ends. Fans eagerly tuned in last night for the series' 19th episode and almost everyone who watched most probably felt hopelessness towards the end of the episode.
"Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo" Episode 19 Hae Soo And Wang So Recap
The episode opened with Hae Soo sitting on the stairs of the Damiwon baths. Wang So finds her there and offers his hand to help her get up, however, Soo rejected his offer and said, "I cannot go back to that room."
So knew that Soo was acting that way because of the recent death of her sister Chae Ryung. So reminded her of the things that Chae Ryung did to her but Soo refused to listen and said that she is going to leave the palace.
So did not believe that she will leave the palace, he said, "What about me? Do you think I'll let you go? You can never leave me." But upon returning to his room, he saw wedding hanbok and he suddenly fell into silence.
In another sequence, Yeonhwa was deep in her thoughts while taking a bath. She was thinking about So's proposal to marry him and become the queen if she leaves her family behind.
He promised to make their future son the crown prince so Yeonhwa finally concluded that she will finally marry Wang So. Going back to Hae Soo, she gave Choi some of Chae Ryung's belonging when Won passed by.
Hae Soo told him about the death of Chae Ryung but he seemed unfazed. She gave him a piece of her mind and told him that he will regret being the cause of Chae Ryung's death. Won brushed her off and called her a mistress.
The incident reached So who was quick to offer the official title of concubine to her. This will make Hae Soo second to the queen and second queen should they have a child together.
Hae Soo did not want the title and told him that she really wanted to leave. But So was not having any of it. He told her that she should stop being stubborn and reminded her how important their relationship is for him.
Despite this, Hae Soo pulled her hands away from him. Could this be the end between Hae Soo and the King? Will the series end in a tragedy? Find out in "Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo" Episode 20.
