‘Friends’ Reunion: It Is Never Going To Happen According To Jennifer Aniston

A few weeks ago reports confirming "Friends" reunion are spreading real fast and at the same time, rumors about it totally not happening are also being published online. Now fans don't know whether what to believe and either way are devastated as it has become a roller coaster of rumors.

From a recent news from Jobs and Hire, stated that Jennifer Aniston is one of the reasons why the comeback is delayed owning the fact that the actress was demanding a huge amount of salary, and by "huge amount of salary" she meant, $4 million for just one episode. This might be a little too unfair for the cast and they all have to agree with their salaries before they move on with the script.

The 47-year old actress got a chance to speak with Lorraine Kelly and discussed the show a few days ago. During the interview, the "We're the Millers" actress was asked to talk about her latest film "Office Christmas Party" and was, later on, asked to say something about "Friends" reunion, the Emmy-winning actress then crossed out the idea of "Friends" and its possibility of happening.

One reason is because the series was set in the time where the world didn't revolve around advanced technologies and social media and for her, it is kind of nostalgic - according to IBTimes.

"I think people have such affection for it, even though it was only 12 years ago since it ended," she said. The "Horrible Bosses" actress also mentioned that it's different now - unlike during those times when social media weren't a thing and they were actually having real conversations. "We were in a room together, or at a coffee shop together, and we were talking ... having conversations. And we've lost that," she added.

Aniston does have a point, though, what people commonly do today is far different from before. Surely, the setting of time will totally affect the show and it will never be like how it originally is.
