"Naruto Shippuden" has revealed the mystery behind the unanticipated of the detonating man in Konoha and other villages in episode 485. In "Naruto Shippuden" episode 486 Sasuke will find some clues that Orochimaru actually knew about the sudden attacks on the villages and will confront him.
According to Game N Guide in "Naruto Shippuden" episode 485 Sasuke continues his investigation for the people behind the bomb attacks in Konoha. Though his investigation he met Orochimaru, and eventually Orochimaru gave him information about an arms dealer named Oyashiro. In the attempt to capture Oyashiro, Orchimaru will then set a trap.
In episode 485 of "Naruto Shippuden" you will see that Sasuke and Orochimaru will be heading to an island, this where the wealthy people put shinobi's into pit fights against each other. Sasuke then decides to participate in the tournament, and have won against Oyashiro's shinobi. Sasuke tried to ask Oyashiro if he knows about the Lightning Group, and so Oyashiro revealed the leader of the group's name is Fūshin.
Furthermore, you will be seeing Sasuke in his attempt to free all the shinobi by challenging them at the Coliseum. In episode 486 of "Naruto Shippuden," still continuing the part where Sasuke has gathered information from Oyashiro, he decides to travel to the birthplace of the Lightning Group's leader.
Sasuke then realized that his path will be passing through a missing ship from Kirigakure. After Sasuke found the ship he was attacked by a strange man under genjutsu, Sasuke was able to stop the attacker and removed the genjutsu using his sharingan. Sasuke then realized that the person behind the detonating man is just nearby.
A group of ninjas called Kiri Ninjas appeared and they are most likely the ones causing the attacks in the villages, and Kiri Ninjas will then challenge Sasuke. Some of the Shinobi's will come to assist Sasuke, and help him find the mastermind. Sasuke faced all the challenges in his attempt to find out the reason behind the attacks.
