Selena Gomez went on hiatus for almost three months, and reportedly admitted herself to rehabilitation due to panic attack, anxiety, and depression. Her first appearance after she went on hiatus was during the 2016 American Music Awards where she received an award. And now, after cancelling her revival tour, Gomez signed a $10 million contract to Coach.
In a report from Inquisitr, the "Hands To Myself" singer will be the face of luxury accessory of the brand, Coach. In which, she signed for a $10 million dollar contract, where she can make a design of her own to promote the brand and she will also appear to the campaign ads.
Reportedly, the net worth of Gomez increased because her deal with Coach. As of now, her net worth as shared by Celebrity Net Worth is around $45 million; dealing with Coach and making her own line of design will increase her other future partnership. For now, there is no confirmation when will be the ads and new line of Gomez will be released.
On the other hand, Gomez is reportedly one of the most popular people in social media, In her Instagram account, even though she's gone for a while, the singer still have 104 million followers. Which is said to be more that those other popular celebrities on the said social media platform.
Last August 30, Gomez revealed to People Magazine that she will be taking some break for a few months, in which she also shared about her conditions; she revealed that she has lupus, which is reportedly an illness affecting people in many ways. Gomez further explained that when discovered her said illness, the side effects includes panic attack, depression, and anxiety.
For almost three months, Gomez stayed in a rehabilitation facility in Nashville, Tennessee where she focused on her mental health. It was said that, the reason why she chose the said rehabilitation facility is because, it has an intense atmosphere but also quiet. Gomez spent her time in the facility with her few family members, like her step dad and her mother.
In another report, one of the member of One Direction, Niall Horan admires Gomez. According to him, he finds the "Hands To Myself" singer very beautiful. But then, Gomez is said to be not yet ready for another commitment, a previous report from Jobs & Hire.
