After its launch last November, Americans won’t have to wait because this Huawei flagship phone is set to be released in January 2017.

Huawei announced that they will release a Huawei Mate 9, Mate 9 Pro and Mate 9 Porsche Design in 2017. GSM Arena confirmed that the Porsche Design would be out in the market alongside the Mate 9 which is on January 6. While the Mate 9 Pro’s release is still unannounced.

Huawei Mate 9 specs offers a fiery processor and features to compete with Google’s Pixel and the explosive Samsung Note 7. To prove that, the Mate 9 is stated by Huawei to be donned with a Kirin 960 processor, the fastest chip processor in the world.

It is stated by Tech Times that Mate 9 is set to rival the product Samsung Note 7 but without it exploding in your hands. It compares due to its massive 5.9-inch QHD AMOLED screen packed with 1,080 x 1,920 pixels which is actually much larger than the obsolete Samsung product.

This high-end spectacular phone is equipped with a Leica Dual Camera which has 20MP and 12 MP at the rear along with a 8 MP selfie snapper at the front. It is packed with a long lasting 4000mah battery with a full metal jacket to cover it with. It also offers a generous 64 GB memory which you could still expand and is paired with a 4 GB RAM.

Meanwhile, the Mate 9 Pro offers a 6GB RAM/128 GB variant as well. Huawei also did not fail to include the famous feature among smartphones, a Fingerprint scanner. Lastly, what appears to be its best feature is to have users experience the Android Nougat 7.0 .

The Mate 9 Porsche Design differs from the base Mate 9 due to its feature having a curved QHD AMOLED screen, two fast charging UC port plugs necessary when going abroad and a sleek matte black design. While the Mate Pro differs from Porsche design in terms of design and price. Still, Huawei hasn't yet officially announced the off the chart price to top its design and performance, but it could cost $650 according to Techtime. They also added that this price puts Mate 9 on par with the price of Google Pixel and Samsung Note 7.
