It’s time for Gigi Hadid and the girls to give the spotlight to Maybelline’s newest face, Manny Gutierrez. Gutierrez is the first ever male to achieve a spot as Maybelline’s spokesperson. Maybelline does the same as well as the numerous glamor companies like NYX and Cover Girl, which already started incorporating male beauty bods for their campaign.

Glamour reported that Manny Gutierrez is an Instagram famous beauty vlogger with millions of followers on Instagram and on his YouTube account. With 3 million followers on Instagram and 2 million subscribers on YouTube, there’s no doubt that Gutierrez has the talent to be the face of Maybelline. You could see and judge his talent for yourself through his Instagram account, @MannyMUA733.

Hence, the “beauty boy” stated on Teen Vogue that he had always been fascinated with makeup. "As a child, I would watch my mom get ready for work and just sit there for hours watching her transform. However, it wasn't until much later on that I really started to dabble in makeup myself," he added.

Maybelline launches a mascara campaign with Gutierrez along with Instagram beauty blogger Shayla Mitchell (@Makeupshayla). The campaign entitled "That Boss Life" featured the two vloggers who achieved a totally glamorous experience with just applying the "Big Shot" mascara.

More so, Allure stated that the campaign didn't fail to miss its target message as they want people to know that whatever gender they are, makeup is for them. To put it simply, any gender could "lash like a boss." You could also order their mascara in their Instagram account for $8.49, and watch the fabulous video of their first campaign ad below.

As a result, the masculinity suit is becoming a trend. Allure also assumes that more companies would be following suit of incorporating men in the cosmetics and beauty community. The beauty community has still a long way to go in that department.

Gutierrez then thanks the company for including him through a glamorous Instagram post that includes their fabulous first ad campaign.
