Al Queda’s First Twitter Account Deactivated

Twitter recently deactivated Al Queda's first official account that was created last Tuesday. "We do not want to inflict terrorism in social networking, as people find Twitter as a release of stress", Twitter released their first official statement with regards to the issue.

On the other hand, White House said that the Twitter account serves as a clearing house where Al Queda members can communicate with their propagandas, "we do not want to assume that the said Twitter is owned by Al Queda, so it is still under investigation", the White House report stated.

The Twitter account is address as "@shomokhalislam", with an almost 50 tweet, but cannot be access now by other user as it was deactivated already.

According to J.M. Berger, US terrorism analyst said that, owing a Twitter account needs energy to be invested, especially in grabbing informant ions to incorporate the account, a big chance that the Al Queda's Twitter account may not true.

In addition, Counterterrorism analyst Patrick Poole said that, now days, many terrorist group utilize the social media site as a means of sharing their black propaganda, posting for their ideologies to entice new member recruitment.

The said account becomes an instant viral in the social media stream, as majority find it as something that the government should be worried about. "At first, I thought that the said account is a joke, but when I found out about how the White House reacted about it, I think we need to consider this as a national issue", Ben Smith, US Department of Justice stated.

When the said "Al Queda" Twitter first appear on the news, the majority of the public says that the Obama administration must take the issue seriously, as they do not want another "Ground Zero Attack" will happen again.
