Ford Motor Alan Mulally marked a history by making Ford Motor as one of the leading when it comes to giving transportation services. "We think that an automotive CEO can transform a company such as Microsoft into a gigantic company"one of Microsoft board member said.
Majority of the Microsoft board members believe that Mulally si capable of reviving the company, as he has a very excellent skill in business. Prove to that is his brilliant business strategic plan that save Ford's automaker scale difficulties last 2006, which revive Ford into a competitive automaker in the world.
It was said that without Mulally's business competitive mind, Ford might end up bankruptcy, just like what happened in General Motors and Chrysler.
Another quality that the Microsoft board member admire about Mulally is that, his dedication to his company is really impressive, as he always showed up in the office, do his daily routine, and make friends with the employee despite of his higher rank in the company.
But what the Microsoft Board Member admires about Mulally is his simple, concrete and specific strategic plan that saves Ford from economic crisis. He gave simple, and yet effective remedies on how to manage conflicts and other problem in the company.
The said simple and concrete strategic plan includes mandatory weekly meeting for Ford's board member to talk about how things must work, and make specific task for the retired who could no longer function as an active staff. "He is a good boss, and he has brought the company back to life again, we owe him a lot, and we will never get tired of supporting him", Annabelle, a Ford employee said.
As of the moment, Mulallay did not release new statement with regards to the issue.
