3 Students Injured In Pittsburgh Shooting Linked To Drug Dealing

Three male students were shot near Pittsburgh's Brashear High School on Wednesday in which it seems a drug dealing dispute triggered the shooting.

The shootings took place a mile away from the school resulting in three students with non-life-threatening injuries, where a man emerged from the woods, officials said.

"One was shot in the leg and foot, while other was shot in the neck and shoulder, the last victim was grazed in the head with a bullet," Mayor Luke Ravenstahl told reporters. "We have a handle on what appears to be an isolated, a targeted incident."

Last month, some students had a drug-related fight. Police believe the incident could be linked to the recent dispute taking six people for questioning.
