Apparently ADA Adam Donner will be collapsing in court, leading to Laurel's move to step in to the trial against Moira. In a sneak peek to the upcoming Arrow season 2 episode 7, titled "Queen V. State," we can see that the city is being haunted by a mysterious illness, which apparently found its way to Diggle's (David Ramsey) system. Upon Oliver's (Stephen Amell) discovery of Vertigo in Diggle's blood, he will figure out that The Count (Seth Gabel) is behind all of these, and that The Count has apparently broken out of prison, only to go back to his illegal ways of distributing a dangerous drug. On the other hand, we can also see Donner collapsing in the courtroom while manifesting Vertigo symptoms. This then, prompts Laurel to step into the case. Then, we can see Oliver putting on a subdued expression in an attempt to stand by his family during the trial. However, things are going to be very different when Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) gets lured into a trap set by The Count. Spoilers for this Wednesday night's show revealed that a death penalty threat will be placed on Moira's plate. So they get to Russia and since they're not in the office, there's more opportunity for them to get to know each others' personality.
