The Super Bowl is the largest gambling day of the year. There are a ton of prop bets surrounding the halftime performance featuring Bruno Mars and the Red Hot Chili Peppers. One of the oddest prop bets you can place is whether they will announce that even though the band has kept the same name since 1983, they will use the Super Bowl as a chance to change their name to just "The Chili Peppers".

With all the recent talk about legalized marijuana in Colorado and Washington, it is now possible to bet on whether or not an announcer will mention marijuana during the broadcast. Rumors are even circulating that there is an additional prop bet on whether any of the sports pundits will make a marijuana joke around the words "Super Bowl" while on the air.
