Barbara Pierce Bush, daughter of a former U.S. president, is still dating long-time boyfriend Miky Fabrega, despite the fact that he has been an outspoken critic of her family.
32-year-old Barbara Pierce Bush has been quietly dating the Panama-born artist, 38, for the past three years and the couple have done their best to keep their romance out of the public eye.
Barbara Pierce Bush, daughter of former President George W. Bush, opened up about dating the artist only a few years into the relationship.
Bush is currently working as the CEO of Global Health Corps, a company she helped build with partner Dave Ryan.
The older Bush twin has been spending much of the last year traveling throughout Africa but Barbara Bush still made time for dating longtime boyfriend Miky Fabrega, who resides in Panama.
Fabrega, a painter and creative consultant, was Barbara Pierce Bush's date for her father's presidential library dedication in April 2013. She said in a previous interview that her father approves of the new boyfriend.
"My dad is obsessed with art right now," Ms Bush told People last year, referring to Mr Bush's recent foray into painting. "So anyone that likes art, he is excited about."

According to a report by NY Daily News, Benjamin Smith was tracked down by authorities to Lexington Ave. and E. 28th St. in Kips Bay, just a short distance away from the older Bush twin's Greenwich Village home, at 6:15 a.m. Friday.
The culprit was caught by the police before he could do any damage to Barbara Bush and her family, however, putting the issue to rest.
