The pregnant Fashion Star mentor is bidding her 8 million dollar home farewell.
The 32-year-old Singer-television personality, Jessica Simpson, has reportedly moved in to Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne's previous Californian residence at Hidden Hills last month, and is putting her old home on sale.
The 1991-built 5500-square-foot property is walled and gated. The 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms home has a stone-paved courtyard with a koi pond. A wide-decked master bedroom, unusually high ceilings, and restaurant class kitchen with a stunning breakfast room.
The "evocative" real estate "opens out" to a beautiful and peaceful park-like lawn, with a swimming pool and in-house library and a gym.
According to Trulia, "prior to Simpson and her family living here, Paul Hogan, Tom and Kathy Freston, Ellen DeGeneres, and Rick Yorn all called this gorgeous property home."
The celebrity's new house is almost twice as big with 10,000 square feet, featuring views of the coast. The previously 7-bedroom home was remodeled into a 3-bed. The new facelift, in turn, supplies massive walk-in closets, capable of satisfying Simpson's unparalleled fashion trendsetters.
Eric Johnson's new child will be named Maxwell.
