Even if the latest iPhone by Apple is still warm off the production line, rumors of what the iPhone 8 will be like are already spreading on the internet like wildfire.

One of the reasons why people are curious at what the Cupertino-based company is cooking up for the iPhone 8 is because it will mark the 10th anniversary of the original iPhone launch. It will totally be underwhelming if Apple just added a few changes for such a historic milestone.

According to one report, Apple might forego the s designation to its next phone and go straight to calling it the "iPhone 8." This would make a lot of sense if they are looking to release a major upgrade to the iPhone.

First is the screen, Apple prides itself on having one of the best screens so fans should expect some tweak when it comes to this. It is rumored that the iPhone 8 will feature a curved edge similar to the Samsung edge series phones. The whole phone will have a glass build and two variants; a 4.7-inch and a massive 5.8-inch screen model.

If Apple does indeed go this route, expect them to have the curved screen on the 5.8-inch model which is a bit similar to what Samsung does with its premium phones.

The camera would most likely be the same except for some small upgrades. Apple recently unveiled a dual camera system for the iPhone 7 and will most likely make its way to the iPhone 8.

The phone is also expected to have a 10-nanometer A11 chip making it lightning quick.

Another feature rumored to be a feature of the iPhone 8 is something quite remarkable; long range wireless charging and facial scanning. If this turns out to be true, then the iPhone 8 will definitely be hard to beat when it rolls out.
