'Deadpool 2' News & Updates: Expect More Hilarious Action As ‘John Wick’ Director Takes Over

David Leitch is now the new director for "Deadpool 2" replacing Tim Miller who has left the project. Lietch is known for producing great stunt scenes which is the direction where "Deadpool 2" might be leading to.

The Wrap has reported that Tim Miller, the director of "Deadpool", left because differences with star Ryan Reynolds on how the sequel will proceed. The screenwriters, Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick had initially planned with Reynolds that the "Deadpool 2" will be an inexpensive, crude and controversial sequel just like the original film.

Miller, on the other hand, wanted the new "Deadpool 2" to be a big budgeted film to the tune of $150 million complete with classy scenes that can compete with current superhero movies. No release date have been set for new sequel which will feature a new character, Domino, a mercenary just like the lead character.

Several actresses have auditioned for the part and there is no word which of them will play the part. Sienna Miller, Lizzy Caplan, Mary Elizabeth Winstead and Mackenzie Davis were among those interested to play the role of Domino. Also participating in the auditions are : Ruby Rose, Sofia Boytella, Stephanie Sigman, Eve Hueson, Ruby Rose and Sylvia Hoeks.

It was at the height of the controversy over the film's thematic direction that Fox was obligated to find a suitable director for the project. Variety has confirmed that "John Wick" co-director David Leitch will get the director's seat for "Deadpool 2".

The sarcastically funny film has surpassed the highest grossing records of R- rated films and Lietch will certainly make a new twist to the film with his known talent for creating spectacular action scenes. His previous work in "Bourne Ultimatum", "V for Vendetta" , "XMen Origins: Wolverine" and "fight Club are just a few of the films he directed with magnificent stunt creations. These all add to the expectations building up for one of the most awaited super hero films.
