"Titanfall 2" just keeps getting better and better! Respawn Entertainment has officially announced its first ever multiplayer DLC. Set to be in circulation by November 30, the update will bring back a favourite map from the original game "Titanfall".
The new DLC entitled 'Angel City's Most Wanted' will feature the return of one of the most popular maps, 'Angel City' and numerous weapon, and Titan kits, which will be available to every player for free. The map is a unique one as it incorporates wall-running and corridors to form intense fire fights. Those who pre-ordered the game will be the first one who will get their hands on the map on December 3 before distributing it to the public.
More weapons will be added to the game with the coming of the update. The 'Wingman Elite Pistol' will be available to players as well as the new Titan kits to bring out the full potential of your favourite mech. 'Refraction Lens' will be adding a lot of offensive power to Ion as it allows the Splitter Rifle to split in five directions, making it a very efficient weapon for destroying infantry, while 'Scorched Earth' kit ignites the ground giving justice to Scorch's name making the kit an even better tool for fighting huge numbers of enemies. For Tone, he will get the 'Burst Loader' kit, giving him a chance to deal serious damage from a distance.
"Titanfall 2" will also sport an in-game store with the coming of the DLC. The store will give the players a huge selection of different vanity items for their guns, Pilots, and Titans. Respawn stressed that the available items will be for aesthetic purposes only and that the store will not include currency exchange, randomized loot boxes and no pay-to-win items.
Respawn also announced that the game will have some double XP weekend events and other twists to the existing game modes. This will surely attract more players because of the great deal in exchange for zero dollars.
