After the release of the "God of War 4" gameplay trailer, it was revealed that the motion capture filming is nearly finalized. Cory Barlog interacted with the "God of War" fans and answered some of their queries, including some concerns about the game's delay.

Recently, the "God of War 4" fans have finally watched the gameplay trailer, which was first released during the E3 2016 event. In another article posted on Jobs & Hire, the trailer hinted new features and concepts. It is now speculated that the game will follow the Norse Mythology, which was originally developed by David Jaffe.

The "God of War 4" is said to be the beginning of a new game series for Kratos. Though details regarding this are still unknown, the players will still be expecting Kratos as their in-game character in the succeeding games.

Cory Barlog, the game developer, remains restrained about the details of the "God of War 4" game. However, on Wednesday, Barlog answered a few questions from the "Game of War" players on his official Twitter account. When asked if they have already finalized the shooting, Barlog hinted that it was almost finished.

"We finished most of the shooting, but there are still some things to shoot," Barlog wrote in reply.

Cory Barlog also admitted that the team is focusing more on finalizing things up. Hence, there might be scant to no details until they finish everything that needs to be done.

Meanwhile, Game Rant indicated that the new "God of War 4" took inspiration from PlayStation's previous megahit video games. The game promises a new setting and combat styles which will also feature Kratos' son engaging with him in a battle.

According to sources, the "God of War 4" players can summon Kratos's son to help him. While the main character levels up, the second character also upgrades throughout the game series.

The new game is expected to be released sometime in 2017. Are you excited for the "God of War 4"?
