The American reality TV series "Dance Moms" will be having its final season in Season 7. At least that is what Abby Lee Miller, the show's main character and dance coach, seem to be hinting at.
In a video caption that she released on her Instagram account, she said "I thought this routine was amazing, a bittersweet Victory! Incredible job girls! 5 years of my life, seven seasons on TV in 130 Countries - I did my best for Lifetime and gave my all to the production of "Dance Moms!" Thank you for the many wonderful opportunities and the valuable lessons I learned." See Movie News Guide video here.
One factor may be Abie's current legal battles, on which she may face up to 30 years in prison for fraud. However, there are also those who are saying that the series is far from over. This is because in "Dance Moms" Season 7, Abie still shows her star prowess and her desire to come up with an elite team, planning to surpass her previous teams. She is aiming to develop dancers the likes of Maddie Ziegler, Mackenzie Ziegler, Chloe Lukasiak and Nia Frazier.
One of the stars in the original cast, Chloe Lukasiak was rumored to be coming back in "Dance Moms" Season 7. However, Chloe herself has denied this in an interview. It can be remembered by fans that in one episode, Abie made a comment about Chloe's eyes, which was taken as an insult by the Lukasiak's. This also led to Chloe's mom having a feud with Abie. This again led to the questioning of Abie's methods in teaching her girls' to dance.
Some are also speculating that the series may go on but without Abie Lee. Will it still retain its luster without her?
