It was recently reported that Grizzlies star guard Mike Conley may not be able to get back in action until 2 months following a serious back injury. However, it seems that Conley has already recovered and may return to NBA anytime soon.

In a report by GameNGuide, sports columnist Adrian Wojnarowski reported on Thursday that Conley could finally reunite with his team soon. While Conley was out for recovery, Grizzlies took Toney Douglas to replace Conley as the point guard.

Conley isn't the only Memphis player who suffered from a serious injury. It can be recalled that the forward player James Ennis suffered a calf injury, which inhibited him to play his first game of the season on November 23 against the Philadelphia 76ers. Another forward player Chanlder Parsons suffered from knee injury. According to the reports, Toney Douglas' NBA hardship waiver could clear the way for the return of Conley, and the two forward players.

Conley is a great asset for Memphis. The star guard has been doing very well in his career in the start of this season with an average of 19.2 points and 5.7 assists. However, despite Conley's absence, the Grizzlies is still showing a very great performance as they always has. All thanks to the All-Star center Marc Gasol who also play as guard, Toney Douglas, Andrew Harrison, and Troy Daniels. Although, out of the fout star players, Marc Gasol is the most dominant with a clean record of 28-point, 11-rebound, and a 10-assist triple-double performance against the New Orleans Pelicans.

Overall, the team ranked up to the 5th place in the Western Conference, winning seven out of eight games with a win percentage of .667. With such spectacular record, it's undeniable that Memphis Grizzlies is indeed one of the resilient teams in NBA. However, although they are doing pretty well, many fans are still hoping for the return of the star guard player Mike Conley.

Meanwhile, on another NBA news, trade rumor is going on around Andrew Bogut who is said to be leaving the Dallas Mavericks for Blazers? Could this be true? Find out in a report by Jobs & Hire.
