Adobe customers can expect to get more from several platforms now that the company has decided to further work together with Microsoft. In an expansion of their partnership, Adobe and Microsoft will roll out Adobe's Sensei artificial intelligence in several Microsoft platforms, according to a PC Mag report.

In addition, various Microsoft data will also be made available to Adobe customers via the Sensei artificial intelligence. Under their partnership, Microsoft has incorporated data from Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power BI, and Microsoft Azure into Adobe Sensei. There are also plans to add Adobe Sensei to other Microsoft platforms.

The two companies' initiative to advance their partnership to offer their customers with platforms enhanced with artificial intelligence is part of their plan to stay ahead in the digital experience business. Ann Lewnes, who serves as chief marketing officer at Adobe, disclosed that the company is working on taking advantage of the changing social media landscape to promote its products, Ad Week reported.

Additionally, Adobe also launched Advertising Cloud to allow customers to access Adobe's data. Adobe is aiming to attract agency partners and media companies that might want to promote their own brands online. Adobe is hoping that these entities will turn to Adobe solutions in order to help them boost their presence online.

The expanded partnership of Adobe and Microsoft comes as reports show that customer interactions will increasingly require limited human interactions in the future. According to Gartner Research, digital assistants may soon utilize face recognition technology to better serve clients. However, privacy issues could arise if customers decide that they do not like the idea of having their data stored in a cloud or online.

Jobs & Hire previously reported that U.S. Supreme Court justices are expected to side with Microsoft in the lawsuit that it is facing over Xbox 360.
