"Scandal" Season 5 #TGIT lead star Kerry Washington could not hide her excitement over the arrival of her hit ABC TV show and her followers — gladiators — are just thankful enough that she consistently dishes out intriguing details on her Twitter account.
Followers of Shonda Rhimes' phenomenal TV series are all gearing up to glue themselves on the couch and catch their favorite TV dramas. In fact casts of "Scandal" showed the fans #HowDoYouTGIT?
So are you ready for what the "Scandal" lead star has tweeted? First off, she shared on Twitter last Sept 2 that she had so much fun doing 16 costume changes just for one episode. Wow, that must have been tiring. Luckily for Olivia Pope, she had the "phenomenal @LynPaolo" to assist her with her wardrobe fitting. Well, it's a must for someone who fixes situations as well as people and having an esteemed client, to have her best foot forward and always having that air of confidence and power.
Another moment that Kerry Washington raved about was her photoshoot together with the rest of the cast of Shonda Rhimes' other two TV shows namely, "Grey's Anatomy and "How To Get Away With Murder." The 38-year-old actress even took a behind-the-scene video of the epic photo shoot. Watch below. But, what caught the attention of those following Kerry Washington on Twitter was when she wrote: “I’m about to shoot one of those scenes that just makes me BOW DOWN to our @ScandalWriters I mean...Wow. #grateful#inawe. This really levelled up the intrigue on what’s going down on Season 5. Will the whole nation find out about her and Fitz? What will be the bombshell that the “Scandal” writers will drop? It makes you want to pull the days nearer to the shows premiere.

President Fitzgerald Grant’s Tony Goldwyn himself was caught up in the epic #TGIT photoshoot on EWwhich he shared on his social media account.
“Scandal” Season 5 premieres on ABC on Sept. 24, Thursday.
