Kate Middleton Snubbing Royal Christmas Tradition? Duchess Of Cambridge Joins Mom Carole, Sister Pippa For Dinner, Secret Christmas Shopping As Prince William Reveals Excitement For Upcoming Holidays

Oh no! Did Kate Middleton really plan to snub the royal Christmas tradition? Well, royal insiders have been quick to reveal that the Duchess of Cambridge has no intention of spending the holidays with Queen Elizabeth II at Sandringham. Instead, she is reportedly plotting her own Christmas plans as she was spotted enjoying a night out and secret Christmas shopping with her mom Carole and sister Pippa.

On Dec. 1, Kate, Carole and Pippa Middleton were seen at the stylish Clos Maggiore restaurant on Convent Garden having dinner. While the night seemed just a time to catch up for the Middleton women, some insiders claimed the night out was to push the Duchess to ditch the royal family this holiday season, Celeb Dirty Laundry noted.

While Queen Elizabeth II has no intention of allowing Kate Middleton snub the traditional royal Christmas celebration this year, Carole and Pippa have been hanging on to the royal couple as they started their Christmas countdown. They even joined Prince William for some caroling service, which was held in honor of the Duke's late friend Henry van Straubenzee who died in a car crash in 2002, after their dinner with Kate, who was on mommy duty that night.

Unfortunately, Carole and Pippa Middleton will be making more efforts in undermining the Queen since all their plans have been unsuccessful in the past. And though the ladies have their secret dinners, royal insiders said it will never change or break the royal traditions.

Meanwhile, Kate Middleton and Prince William are looking forward to spend the upcoming holiday season this year with Prince George and Princess Charlotte. But it was the Duke who's really getting since his son already knows and understands what's going on this year, E! News noted.

"George will be bouncing around like a rabbit," he shared in a personal new interview with The Big Issue magazine. "If I get any sleep on Christmas Eve, it'll be good. So that will be two children. One who suddenly appreciates Christmas, which could be quite challenging. But I'm looking forward to it."

Prince William also added that he and wife Kate Middleton, along with their kids will likely go to church as a family on Christmas Day and the gift giving will begin after.

"We'll watch George try to tackle his presents as he tries to unwrap them. It's a very different experience at Christmas, having a family of your own," the Duke explained, as per Us Weekly. "It'd be nice if we got a white Christmas because we haven't had one in many years."

It was also reported that Prince William and Kate Middleton are hosting a Christmas party at Anmer Hall.
