"Grey's Anatomy" season 12 episode 14 is definitely going to be interesting as Jo and Meredith get involved in an intense confrontation. In addition, the upcoming episode also welcomes a legendary actress as one of the show's guest stars.
In last week's episode, fans were able to see the conflict that transpired between Grey Sloan Memorial doctors and Major Eric Thorpe (Scott Elrod) when they were enlisted to perform a precarious surgery on a veteran at a military hospital. While Thorpe tried to intimidate them, the doctors stood their ground.
The conflicts, however, didn't end in the previous episode and appears to continue in "Grey's Anatomy" season 12 episode 14. So, here are 3 latest scoops about the upcoming episode titled, "Odd Man Out."

"Richard swaps pairings among the residents and attendings, baffling everyone," the episode's synopsis read, as per TV Guide. "Meanwhile, Arizona makes a bold decision as she treats a woman who's carrying quadruplets; and April faces a tough choice."
2. Guest Stars
In "Grey's Anatomy" season 12 episode 14, The Hollywood Reporter revealed that legendary actresses and "West Side Story" Alum Rita Moreno is reportedly making a guest appearance and will play the role of Gayle. Aside from 84-year-old Moreno, "Happy Endings" alum Casey Wilson will also appear in the upcoming episode as Arizona's pregnant patient who would be expecting quadruplets.
3. Meredith and Jo's epic confrontation
After the reshuffling of residents, Jo (Camilla Luddington) found herself on Meredith's (Ellen Pompeo) team, Design & Trend noted. And since Meredith seemed to dislike Jo because of her Alex, fans will see both cast members in a middle of a heated exchange.
"It's fine," Meredith said in the episode's sneak peek. "You're just not Blake."
"No, I'm not Blake. I'm Wilson. Jo Wilson," Jo told Meredith in the confrontation scene, as per Wetpaint. "I'm a surgeon. I'm a human being I'm not some stupid lump that you can just kick around or talk down to or talk down about or dismiss and discount. I get it ... you don't like me."
"But I'm here," Jo added. "I'm in Alex's (Justin Chambers) life and you have to start respecting that. I'm trying to move forward, OK? And I can't because you're always around the corner, blocking my way, making everything so damn hard."
