Speculations have been roaming the internet about who the next James Bond will be. Many guessed it would be Tom Hiddleston but recent news sprouted that it was going to be Theo James.
This is the same Theo James that starred in the "Divergent" series. Many might say he is too young to be the next James Bond. But the star or his representatives have not confirmed that he will be the incoming 007 spy.
A story online claimed that he is involved with the franchise. The news published claimed that James couldn't believe that he was considered for the role after his agent told him he got the job. However, most readers didn't see the fine print. According to The Portly Gazelle, a statement below had been posted: "Disclaimer: All stories on this site are satire and the opinions expressed do not belong to any real people. If persons appear in the picture they have nothing to do with the story."
Fans of James Bond and Theo James were led to believe that he was next in line. Readers were unable to see that it was a satire. The dedicated fan site, called The Theologians, insisted that the announcement was a lie. If it were true, then other websites would have reported it.
Regardless, James' camp and his person has not confirmed or denied the story as of yet and there was no concrete indication that Daniel Craig is hanging his 007 suit. Though he did say at one point that he'd rather be dead than become James Bond again.
The official James Bond for the next installment in the 007 series has not been confirmed and reports are saying that multiple actors are being considered for the role.
