'One Piece: Burning Blood' DLC To Feature 'One Piece' Film 'Gold' Villain Gildo Tesoro

"One Piece" film "Gold" villain Gildo Tesoro will be introduced in Bandai Namco's fighting game universe through the "One Piece: Burning Blood" DLC. The release date for the update has been announced as well.

The "One Piece: Burning Blood" DLC will feature a new character. Bandai Namco took to Twitter to announce that a "One Piece" film "Gold" character, Gildo Tesoro, will be a playable character soon.

"'OPBB' will have the new villain from 'ONE PIECE FILM GOLD' Tesoro along with new costumes," the gaming giant tweeted. "More updates to come!"

The post came with pictures of the characters that will be included in the upcoming "One Piece: Burning Blood" DLC. Gildo Tesoro will be part of the game soon while Nami, Robin and Luffy will have new outfits.

Siliconera reported that Tesoro will make his first appearance in the "Heart of Gold" TV special which will be aired in Japan on Jul. 16. He is set to be the main villain in "One Piece" film "Gold," slated for release on Jul. 23.

It was said that Gildo Tesoro is a very rich man who uses his money to get his way. He also made Gran Tesoro as a sanctuary for different types of people.

Gamasutra noted that the "One Piece: Burning Blood" DLC will be available next month, in August. The "Gold Movie Pack 1" will include "One Piece" film "Gold" villain Gildo Tesoro. The "Gold Movie Pack 2" will be coming early September.

The "One Piece" film "Gold" villain's announcement for the "One Piece" Burning Blood" DLC comes after Rob Lucci, Caesar Clown and Monkey D. Garp have been confirmed for the fighting game.

According to Gematsu, Bandai Namco confirmed last week that the three characters can be downloaded by players in the coming months. Rob Lucci is a powerful member of the CP9, with the Zoan Devil Fruit.

Caesar Clown is a mad scientist who can use the power of the logia Gas-Gas Fruit. Monkey D. Garp, on the other hand, is the grandfather of Luffy and a member of the Marine.
