And, a much-needed review is on the way to know which of these two delivers more punch according to specification and price.

According to Pocket-lint, the two phone can pass as twins, at first glance you will think that either of the two is the same. Huawei Porsche Design Mate 9 has the same qualities with Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, both of the phones are lookers.

But, What is the difference of the two?

Design & Display

While Samsung Galaxy S7 edge is a smaller handphone with 150.9 x 72.6 x 7.7mm, offers more stylish looks with its leaner size. Huawei Mate 9 Porsche, on the other hand, is bigger at 152 x 75 x 7.5mm body dimension.

Whereas S7 Edge got the look check for standard phones, Mate 9 grabbed it for the Porsche logo emblazoned on it. That is what the partnership of Porsche and Huawei, the hype for a branded smartphone.

Equally, the phones work with a curved-screen design, working with AMOLED Display in a 5.5-inch HD screen, aside from it, the two offer fingerprint sensors. But, Samsung can snatch the design award for an additional water dust-resistant feature model.

Digital Trends reports, while Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge is the best camera phone performer now, Porsche Mate 9 will be better with its dual-lens Leica camera. The first has the same number of lthe ens but has a lower generation system, Huawei's flagship has a 12-megapixel color lens and a 20-megapixel monochrome lens compared to Samsung's 12 MP dual camera.

Packed with more power, Huawei Porsche Design Mate 9 wins this round for the best upcoming dual-camera phone in the market soon. Leica software won the camera award for Mate 9 on the spot.

Hardware & Software

In hardware competition, Huawei Mate 9 Porsche works with Kirin 960 octa-core processor, Mali-G71 MP8 graphics, and 6GB of RAM. Internal storage measures with a whopping 256GB, though not supported by Micro SD anymore. Regardless it has a USB Type-C feature and 4000mah SuperCharge (50% in 30 minutes) working battery.

In contrast, Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge has Exynos 8990 octa-core processor or Qualcomm's Snapdragon 820 quad-core chip, Mali-T880 MP12 graphics, and Adreno 530. The 4GB of RAM works with two versions, 32GB or 64GB. Micro SD is applicable for this smartphone. It comes with a 3600mah battery pack witha quick-charging feature.

In an article, Techradar said, "Huawei has made one of the best phones " and its wares speaks highly of that. Simply, Porsche Mate 9 will receive the Hardware & Software award this time for delivering a hard-rock performer smartphone.

Correspondingly, customers looking for a new smartphone would always look for the price first before its specification and features. It's a big determining factor, the model can flop with the wrong price tag. Huawei Porsche Design Mate 9 is priced with an expensive, $1200-$1500 tag in opposite with, Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge's $299-$600.

Obviously, Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge secures the price check this time. The insane amount of Huawei Porsche Design Mate 9 defeats the quality of the phone.

So, What's the conclusion?

Trusted Reviews said about Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, "It's expensive, it's always going to be, but you're getting a lot of phone for your money". And, we can all agree on that after all. Sadly, it will not be the same with Huawei Mate 9 Porsche. Simply, Tech Radar concludes, "Huawei wasted its chance to make 2016's best phone".
