The most awaited comeback of the RPG pioneer game triggered the hype to many fans. But before the excitement gets the best of you, you have to be aware of the one file sizes of the game to prepare your console for a non-stop gaming experience.
According to reports, "Final Fantasy XV will have 40.5 GB on PlayStation 4 and 51.82 GB for Xbox One. However, this figure seems to be inaccurate as Square Enix mentioned that the game will sport additional cutscenes from the movie "Final Fantasy:Kingsglaive" and Omen CGI trailer which will be included in the one day patch named Crown Update.
With this memory requirement, it became essential for us to know the downloadable size of the game to prepare ourselves and our consoles and delete games if necessary to free up space. Considering that there will be a patch right about the start, we can assume that the game will consume more space than the announced file size.
This enormous file sizes didn't come as a surprise to many gamers considering that the game features a very realistic artworks and state of the art visual effects. Plus the game is now an open world setting that will surely take a lot of data to be made possible.
Luckily for us, Microsoft and Sony has released new consoles that can match up games such as "Final Fantasy XV". Xbox One S sports a 2 TB hard drive that can accommodate multiple games with huge file sizes while the new PS4 Pro includes a 1 TB stock hard drive.
While file sizes may give us some serious problems, we can assure that "Final Fantasy XV" will live up both to its file size and name. Plus with the amazing preview together with years of development and careful planning we can expect one epic joyride with Noctis and his group.
