The IBT revealed some spoilers for the ninth episode of the "Modern Family" season 8. The "Snow Ball", the title of episode 8, will feature the hilarious bonding of Ed O'Neill and Ty Burrell's characters. Since Luke (Nolan Gould) and Manny (Rico Rodriguez) are having a hard time organizing an exuberant winter event, both of their moms, Gloria (Sofia Rodriguez) and Claire (Julie Bowen) will help them voluntarily.

However, O'Neill's character, Jay, decided to not get involve but Gloria won't stop badgering him to help. Jay thought of an excuse reasoning out that he has an important errand with Phil (Ty Burrell) on the same day. After conniving with Phil, he instructed him to think of anything to do that has nothing to do with the winter formal event.

Since Phil enjoys spending time with Jay, he brought him in the pool which made him appalled. It was also indicated that the "Snow Ball" will be the final "Modern Family" episode that will be aired this year. The other episodes of the eighth season will be released in January 2017.

Meanwhile, Entertainment Weekly revealed that the "Modern Family" will have two NBA stars for special guesting. The renowned Charles Barkley and Los Angeles Clippers' DeAndre Jordan will be joining the cast and crew. They will be seen in an episode; however, details are still indefinite.

In the next episodes of "Modern Family," Phil will be playing in a charity basketball game, which he has been training since the last game he lost. Spoilers are indicating that Phil will be playing with the two characters in that game. This will increase the pressure on him knowing that they are basketball stars.

Aside from the two NBA stars, another renowned athlete is bound to join the comedy TV show. Gloria will hire Coach Gary (Peyton Manning) as baby Joe's (Jeremy Maguire) sports tutor.

Nathan Fillion, Martin Short, and Kelsey Grammer will also be expected to guest in the "Modern Family" TV show. Stay tuned for more updates!
