UFO Sightings On Google Maps? Alien Hunter Claims To Have Discovered Crashed UFO In The Antarctic Snow Through Google's Interactive Map App

UFO sightings again?! It seems that another alleged proof that alien exist intrigued the online realm recently. According to the reports, a Russian alien hunter claimed a bizarre sighting in the Antarctic snow on Google Maps suggested a crashed UFO. Using the coordinates, which was virally shared on social media, the crash site will be seen.

Russian alien hunter Valentin Degretev believed that the recent UFO sighting in the snow of the South Pole was the remains of a crashed UFO. According to The Telegraph, the image can be seen through the coordinates, 80°34'08.4"S 30°05'19.3"W, on Google Maps, setting it to the satellite "Earth" view.

The baffling image of the UFO sighting and the coordinates of the crash site went viral on social media after Degretev shared them online. The object, which has an estimated size of about 204-feet across, is a "classic" shaped UFO, Degretev said.

"I found the unique object using the online service of Google Earth in Antarctica," Degretev said, as per Daily Mirror. "In amongst the endless ice desert, it is the most genuine UFO in its most classic shape. It is definitely not a polar station nor a plane as there aren't any airplanes or helicopters this big in the world."

While many people slammed the claim, saying the object was just a crack of ice known as crevasse, other ET hunter or conspiracy theorists believed that they've seen things in the ice. And since Antarctic snow covers 14 million square kilometers, people would never notice if UFOs did land there.

Meanwhile, another UFO sighting was reported in India. International Business Times reported that a white shiny disc-shaped object was reportedly hovering over the flood-affected region of Assam State. Photographer Momina State of Educated Unemployed Welfare Society (EUWS) said the object was caught on a Canon EOS 70D camera.

"Being the photographer of the team, I was also very busy taking photos covering every detail of the event," Wasim told The North East Today. "The distribution job was coming to an end when I was clicking the people, that a white shiny object hovering in the area was captured in the camera. I am sharing the exposure settings of this particular photo.f/6.3, shutter speed 1/250, ISO 100, Focal length 18mm."

So, are these really UFO sightings? Or just a product of conspiracy theorists' imaginations?
